Who we are.
Quorum Capital Limited is a discretionary fund manager (DFM) based in London. We provide a Model Portfolio Service (MPS) — risk-graded, multi-asset investment portfolios — to FCA-authorised financial advisers across the United Kingdom.
We are part of the AWI Services Limited group. Our investment portfolios are available on seven UK adviser platforms: Fundment, Aviva, Fidelity Adviser Solutions, M&G Wealth, Utmost, Chesnara and Quilter.
Every portfolio decision is made by our four-person Investment Committee. No single voice dominates. Every decision is minuted and available for compliance review.
We are open architecture — we have no commercial relationships or revenue-sharing arrangements with any fund provider. Our committee selects funds on merit only.

Quorum Capital provides a Model Portfolio Service to FCA-authorised financial advisers. Here is what that means in practice.
We manage the investments
Our Investment Committee selects funds, monitors markets, and rebalances portfolios. Advisers set the mandate; we execute the investment decisions.
Ten risk-graded portfolios
Three ranges — Core (active), Passive (index), and Income — across five risk grades (RG2–RG5). Each portfolio maps to standard ATR questionnaire outputs.
Seven UK platforms
Available on Fundment, Aviva, Fidelity, M&G Wealth, Utmost, Chesnara and Quilter. No need to move client accounts or learn a new system.
We never hold client money
All assets are custodied by the regulated platform. We instruct the platform — we never hold or touch client money or securities directly.
Regulatory & compliance.
Quorum Capital operates under strict FCA oversight. All regulatory disclosures are published and available to download.

MIFIDPRU
Subject to the FCA's prudential regime for MiFID investment firms. The Firm makes an annual MIFIDPRU public disclosure in line with MIFIDPRU 8.

Internal Capital & Risk Assessment completed annually. Ensures Quorum holds adequate capital relative to its risk profile.
Consumer Duty
Target market statements and fair value assessments maintained per portfolio and available to adviser firms on request. Updated annually in line with FCA PS22/9 requirements.
