What Happens After You Complain
Once we receive your complaint, we will:

- Investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly
- Keep you reasonably informed of progress where the investigation is likely to take longer than expected and

Our final response will either:
- Accept your complaint and, where appropriate, offer redress or remedial action
- Offer redress or remedial action without accepting the complaint or
- Reject your complaint and explain the reasons for our decision
If we are unable to provide a final response within eight weeks, we will write to you explaining why, indicate when we expect to provide a final response, and explain your right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you are eligible to do so.
If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if you have not received a final response within eight weeks of making your complaint, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
